Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Cleveland seeks a Station Manager to lead the Cleveland operation and grow the Cleveland-Columbus-Pittsburgh market. You will own the P&L, drive revenue, and coordinate across sales, product and operations to expand DHL's network.

The role combines strategic market development with hands-on leadership of freight, customs, and service teams. Travel to cover the three markets is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial drive with ability to build a market and profitable growth.
• Strong budgeting and P&L ownership experience.
• Proven leadership across matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market plans for Cleveland, Columbus and Pittsburgh with clear targets and outcomes.
• Expand DHL's commercial presence by partnering with Field Sales, Key Account Management and product teams.
• Lead air freight, ocean freight, customs, customer service and station activities with clear ownership.
• Set and manage the annual budget and business plan; drive revenue, gross profit, EBIT, volume and cost-to-serve.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, coach and develop an engaged team; establish clear expectations and KPIs.
• Work across regional functions to align Sales, Product, Operations, Finance and HR behind the market strategy.
