Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical/mechanical/industrial maintenance technology or experience.
• Military training/technical background permitted for equivalence.
• Recent experience as Station Electrician or equivalent in utility/contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on energized equipment up to 260 volts, and up to 750+ volts under supervision.
• Disassemble/repair station transformers and breakers, maintain batteries and subsystems.
• Install conduit, cable, and equipment; perform inspections and tests; read gauges and prints.
• Perform visual inspections, oil tests, and start-run-stop testing of emergency generators.
