Job summary

Pier House in Beverly Hills seeks an experienced Line Cook to join our hotel’s kitchen team. Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

You will directly train and monitor Line Cooks, assist with production planning, and ensure smooth shifts by communicating changes and requisitions. Must be flexible to nights, weekends, and holidays and work across all line stations.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Line Cook at a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!

• Inform the Sous Chef of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day's tasks.
