Job summary

American Dining Creations seeks a Station Cook to prepare and serve menu offerings across Grill, Pizza, Deli, Salad Bar, Seasonal, and Specialty stations, delivering consistent quality and friendly service to our guests.

You will follow safety standards, manage food handling and logs, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while contributing to a memorable dining experience through teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience.
• Basic knife skills a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
• Commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to cross train and adapt to multiple stations.
• Safety and detail oriented.
• Lifts up to 30 lbs and stands for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with established safety standards.
• Serve food and any goods per guest specifications.
• Store foods in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Retain temperature logs and production records.
• Keep supplies replenished, restock coolers, and take inventory as directed.
• Set-up and breakdown stations, clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain focus on customer satisfaction through excellent service to guests and team members.
• Listen well and communicate professionally.
• Be efficient and organized.
• May operate POS to complete orders, and package 'to go' items.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.

Summary

A Station Cook with American Dining Creations ensures exceptional dining through the set up, preparation, and serving of menu offerings to our guests. Stations may include Grill, Pizza, Deli, SaladBar, Seasonal, and Specialty menu items. By providing outstanding service, a smile, and amazing food,our Station Cooks create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator inaccordance with established safety standards.
