Statewide Scale Maintenance Manager – Florida Department of Transportation leads the Motor Carrier Size and Weights Office (MCSAW), directing staff and ensuring compliance with rules and policies. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervise staff and provides technical guidance for the MCSAW office.
• Evaluates employee performance and conducts reviews.
• Develops and administers training to ensure required skills are available.
• Oversees contracts, procurement, and budget for the MCSAW program.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
