Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the SD Board of Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of complex federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct inspections; maintain inspection records.
• Monitor compliance with recommendations and use board resources effectively.
• Investigate complaints received by the Board.
• Assist in approving licenses and responding to licensees’ questions.
• Provide presentations on pharmacy regulations to pharmacists and technicians.
• Educate on the PDMP program data usage to improve patient care.
