Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of professional experience in business, management, leadership, workforce development, training, operations, technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience presenting, facilitating, training, teaching, or delivering professional development to adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led workforce training programs for adult learners in business, leadership, management, professional development, technology, and workplace skills.
• Facilitate courses in Management Fundamentals, Leadership, Workplace Communication, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Deliver content to diverse learners across Texas and tailor it to employer needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of business practices and trends; adjust content accordingly.
• Travel extensively throughout Texas to on-site worksites, campuses, and conferences.
