ExcelHealth Group, LLC is seeking a Mobile Dental Clinic Manager to lead a small traveling clinic team, operate a custom mobile unit, and deliver dental care to residents in long-term care facilities.

The role requires statewide travel five days a week with overnight stays; you will drive, oversee daily clinic operations, coordinate with dentists and staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while providing patient-centered service.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willingness to learn how to drive a truck towing a trailer.
• Comfort with frequent travel and multiple overnight stays per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn computer systems, medical terminology, company software, and proprietary equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Safely drive the company pickup truck while towing the mobile dental clinic to facility locations.
• Lead daily clinic workflow, including patient flow, notes dictation, and coordination with dentist and team.
• Perform daily safety and equipment checks for truck, trailer, and mobile unit.
• Manage clinic setup, breakdown, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on the road.
• Communicate professionally with facility partners, dentists, team members, and scheduling staff.
• Enter notes into company software and use proprietary equipment as trained.
• Maintain a safe, patient-centered clinic environment following standards and regulatory requirements.
• Anticipate patient and facility needs while delivering excellent customer service.
