Qualifications

• Four to seven years of progressively responsible experience administering enterprise systems, servers, and networks.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange.
• Experience administering network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless).
• Experience supporting VoIP and collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support servers, operating systems, workstations, mobile devices, printers, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor enterprise systems for performance, availability, reliability, and security.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and troubleshooting.
• Establish, modify, and maintain user accounts, system permissions, and access controls.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Exchange, and related services.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, inventories, and procedures.
• Conduct capacity planning and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose practical solutions.
