Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school and Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Two years or more of experience in prosecution.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute serious gang crimes across the State from investigation through trial.
• Partner with state agencies, local and federal prosecutors, and law enforcement on gang investigations.
• Collaborate with team investigators and analysts during case investigations and with other agencies.
• Work with regional partners to develop and enhance cases.
• Review and coordinate search warrants, arrest warrants, and subpoenas for records.
• Interact with all levels of state and local government to promote respect and cooperation.
