Job summary

The Building People is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management leader to oversee a statewide Integrated Facilities Management program for GSA, managing 13 federally owned buildings and roughly 150 leased locations.

You will have full authority to commit contract resources, drive program-wide quality, budget, and staffing outcomes, and lead recruitment and training across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Mgmt, Eng, or related field.
• 10+ years facilities/program management experience.
• 5+ years multi-site portfolio management.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Owns annual Non-Recurring Work Budget (base year funding of $900,000) and reconciles with GSA.
• Leads statewide proactive Quality Control (QC) Program across Facilities Engineering, Custodial, and Construction.
• Single point of accountability to the GSA Contracting Officer (CO) and COR.
• Oversees three Regional Facilities Managers and statewide support functions (Quality Control, EHS, NCMMS).
• Directs recruitment, retention, and training strategy for all key and non-key personnel.
• Holds authority to commit contract funds within delegated limits.
• Ensures the program meets all contract Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
