Job summary

Dexterra, through its CMI integration, is seeking a Facility Project Manager to lead a statewide Tennessee portfolio of 13 federally owned properties and ~150 leased locations. You will oversee facilities engineering, operations and maintenance, custodial, and construction management to ensure safety, compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years progressively responsible experience in complex facilities operations and maintenance; multi-site experience preferred.
• Leadership of geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors across engineering, trades, custodial, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed team and supplier network with 24/7 emergency readiness.
• Manage contract cost, schedule, quality, risk, and data across statewide portfolio.
• Direct facilities engineering, operations and maintenance, custodial, admin support, repairs, and construction management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable codes and safety standards.
• Deliver monthly/annual reports, plans, dashboards, budgets, and executive briefings.
