Responsibilities

• Serves as Statewide Coaching Analyst and Coordinator.
• Reviews, monitors, and tracks coaching and fidelity activity, utilization, demand, and capacity across programs.
• Monitors program operations to ensure alignment between coaching, fidelity, training, implementation efforts, and agency priorities.
• Develops and prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for leadership regarding coaching and fidelity impact and operations.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of duties enumerated.
