Job summary

ABSS Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator to support a statewide program serving the North Carolina National Guard and their families.

You will work with clinicians, case managers, military personnel, and community partners to connect Service Members with behavioral health and community resources. The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and an effective communicator who can operate across geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a behavioral health or social science field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across a dispersed team.
• Attention to detail and handling sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable coordinating with healthcare professionals, military personnel, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of a statewide behavioral health and wellness program.
• Coordinate staff schedules, program activities, meetings, and other operational requirements.
• Coordinate staff travel and assist with travel planning and authorization activities.
• Support scheduling and coordination of the program's rotating on-call coverage.
• Maintain program records, consent documentation, and administrative information.
• Assist with tracking program utilization, case-management activities, and program reporting.
• Coordinate with clinicians, military personnel, and community partners.
• Help maintain a network of military, VA, state, local, nonprofit resources.
• Support NC National Guard Yellow Ribbon activities during deployment cycles.
• Connect Service Members and families with behavioral health and community resources.
• Develop relationships with organizations serving Service Members, Veterans, families.
