Job summary

Gwinnett County Public Schools in Suwanee, GA seeks a Coordinator of Accountability and Assessment – State Assessment to lead the district's testing program across Georgia Milestones, GAA, ACCESS and more. You will design training materials, coordinate with School Testing Coordinators, and ensure accurate data interpretation and compliant testing operations.

The role requires a Master's degree, leadership certification, and at least 5 years of teaching with two in leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field Required
• Specialist's Degree in related field Preferred
• Doctoral Degree in related field Preferred
• Must hold Georgia Educator's Certification in Educational Leadership and/or Support Personnel License Required

Responsibilities

• Create training materials for Testing Coordinators and Examiners for standardized assessments (Georgia Milestones, GAA, ACCESS, CogAT, MAP, iReady, PSAT, and others).
• Support School Testing Coordinators through clear, concise communication via meetings, digital meetings, emails, and systems.
• Monitor local school testing processes and procedures during test administration windows.
• Coordinate with vendors and GCPS Test Distribution Center to ensure timely material delivery and return.
