Recover-Care Healthcare seeks an STNA to provide routine nursing care per policies, under supervision of nursing leadership. You will prepare residents for therapies, assist with hygiene, and ensure safety and dignity in all interactions.
You will participate in on-the-job training, support residents during activities, and document information per facility policy. Prior STNA certification and strong English skills are required.
As an STNA, you are responsible for providing routine nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
