State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Monitor and document residents' health and well-being.

• Respond promptly to residents’ needs and requests.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• Support residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment as needed.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

• Follow all facility policies and state regulations to ensure quality care.
