Job Summary
Phoenix of Maple Heights, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care and assist residents in daily living activities. Our hands-on owners foster a supportive, innovative culture where every STNA is truly valued, and every voice matters.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Duties:
Assist residents with daily living (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
Respond to call lights promptly and ensure comfort and safety.
Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses.
Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe long-term care environment.
Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience.
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Pay & Schedule:
Hourly pay: $18/hour
Shift differential: +$1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
Full-time and part-time available
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications:
Valid STNA license in the state of Ohio
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
