Job Summary

Phoenix of Maple Heights, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care and assist residents in daily living activities. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation)
• Respond promptly to call lights, ensuring resident comfort and safety
• Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
• Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $18/hour
• Shift differential: +$1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Qualifications

• Valid STNA license in Ohio
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
