Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Ohio is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our compassionate care team. The STNA will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with bathing, grooming and feeding, and support patients under the supervision of licensed staff.

This full-time role offers 8-hour shifts including 2 p.m.–10 p.m. and 10 p.m.–6 a.m. with shift differentials, weekend and holiday rotation, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide senior care provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved STNA program.
• Currently licensed in applicable State. Must maintain active license.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the STNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved STNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
