The Laurels of Blanchester in Blanchester, OH, is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and support the nursing team to deliver safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Excellent basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed nursing staff.
• Support residents’ independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility procedures.
