Job summary

Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Behavioral Unit on night shift, available for part-time or full-time roles. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and document care with compassion.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for FT hires.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
