Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a CNA (STNA) for dayshift on either part-time or full-time schedules. You will deliver direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document care in the resident record. Our team values compassion, dignity, and teamwork in a family-friendly environment.

Ohio STNA certification is required; high school diploma or equivalent. New graduates welcome.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the State of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience as an STNA (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
