Cedars of Lebanon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Behavioral Unit on the night shift. The role provides direct resident care, support with activities of daily living, and documentation to ensure quality care in a structured unit.

We offer FT or PT options with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. The team emphasizes compassionate care, patient dignity, and teamwork within a dynamic behavioral unit, fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the State of Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience as an STNA (new graduates encouraged to apply!).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
