Your Role as an STNA:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to support their independence.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care, ensuring residents feel safe and comfortable.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being to the nursing team.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Work closely with nurses to ensure personalized care plans are followed.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Active STNA Certification in the state of Ohio.
• CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A resident-first approach with patience and compassion.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare field.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Care is a plus, but not required.
