As a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) in our Assisted Living unit, your daily responsibilities will involve assisting residents in attaining their optimum level of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual capabilities as well as serving meals prepared by our onsite Kitchen staff. Additionally, you will need to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents, following all safety protocols and infection control measures. Collaborating with the healthcare team and demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions are key components of this role.

To excel as a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) at Copeland Oaks in Sebring, you must possess a valid certification as an STNA in the State of Ohio.
