Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage state income tax notice responses, audit responses, and communication with auditors
• Manage state income tax appeals including drafting protests, meetings with tax authorities, and strategy
• Collaborate with business units, tax directors, and external advisors
• Analyze state tax authority data and transactions to identify optimization opportunities
• Research state law, proposed legislative changes, and caselaw developments
