Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of SQL and other database applications preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with the student information system provider and be the primary contact for district users needing assistance, training, and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for annual SIS data setup, coding, fields and templates for federal, state, and internal reports.
• Assist staff with year-end procedures including grade setup, reporting, rollovers, and other functions.
• Create ad-hoc reports as requested using SQL or other programming language as needed.
• Coordinate with counseling and staff to provide transcripts and GPA calculations.
