Qualifications

• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with counseling/interviewing/conflict resolution coursework; plus 3 years of professional student services experience.
• A master's degree may substitute for one year of experience; a doctoral degree may substitute for three years of experience.
• Ability to plan, develop, coordinate, supervise, and organize programs; interact with a diverse student population; analyze complex situations; advise students; meet deadlines; establish cooperative relationships; strong verbal and written communication.
