Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support a State Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. You will follow program requirements, observe and plan for each child, and engage families to support early learning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.

The State Pre-K Assistant Teacher is responsible for instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As an Assistant Teacher, you are:
