Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in Concord, NC is hiring a State Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support 4-year-olds with daily care and early learning activities, aligning with licensing and program requirements.

You will observe and plan for each child, communicate with families, and participate in extensive training and credential support offered by Learning Care.

Qualifications

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.

• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• The State Pre-K Assistant Teacher is responsible for instructing 4-year olds, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop observation, assessment, and planning for children, and effectively communicate with families.
