Job summary

Recidiviz is seeking a State Partnerships Manager to build strong relationships with state correctional agencies, deploying relationship capital and driving impact. This remote role requires regular travel to Little Rock and across Arkansas, with 3–5 business days per month on-site.

You’ll collaborate with leaders, manage cross‑functional teams, and guide data‑driven decisions to safely increase liberty for those affected.

Responsibilities

• Understand, deconstruct and document the needs of key correctional actors and justice‑involved individuals.
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders by listening and supporting.
• Adapt Recidiviz core offerings and data capabilities to state partners.
• Communicate steps for PMs, UX designers, data analysts and engineers to meet objectives.
• Drive partnerships toward impact and financial sustainability.
• Navigate high‑intensity environments within prisons and facilities.
