Base pay range

Responsibilities
Prepare and file state/local annual reports, business licenses, and registrations
Research and analyze SALT regulations and rulings across various jurisdictions
Assist with nexus studies and monitor SALT legislative changes
Support audits by compiling documentation and drafting responses
Implement and maintain sales and use tax software integrated with ERP systems
Manage customer exemption certificates and sales/use tax filings (multi-state and VAT)
Support consumer use tax and tangible personal property tax reporting
Provide guidance on vendor setup for 1099 and 1042-S reporting and backup withholding
Work with AR on accurate sales tax jurisdiction setup for new customers
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to improve processes and resolve tax issues
Contribute to ad hoc accounting and tax projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
1–3+ years of SALT experience in public accounting or corporate tax
Proficient with tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
