The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking a policy-savvy and relationship-driven State and Local Policy Manager to connect federal policy expertise with state and local landscapes.

You will develop and execute policy-focused programming for state and local chambers, synthesize policy tracking, and act as a concierge for corporate members seeking insight into state legislative activity. Qualifications

• Experience in state government affairs, policy analysis, or advocacy.
• Strong understanding of state legislative and regulatory processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing policy briefs, newsletters, or advocacy materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute policy-focused programming for state and local chambers.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and external experts to create timely content.
• Create and distribute advocacy toolkits and policy resources for state-level engagement.
• Coordinate state-level advocacy activities across Centers of Excellence.
• Develop a standardized framework for state legislative tracking across Centers of Excellence.
