Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 14+ years of related contracts administration in lieu of degree.
5+ years of State and Local experience; US Federal Acquisition preferred.
10+ years of contracts administration experience with 5+ years State and Local experience; Federal Acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the work of contracts administration staff within the State and Local Sector.
Ensure internal contractual compliance with terms and conditions and with management objectives.
Negotiate contracts including price, terms, and conditions; review documents for sufficiency.
Develop strategies for staff growth, mentoring, and training to build a high-performing team.
