Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and MO Bar admission.
• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Licenses in BG states preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Associate Attorneys and Paralegals and manage caseloads.
• Assist State Level Attorney with case priorities and management.
• Oversee discovery, depositions, and counterclaims.
• Appear in court up to three days per week and argue motions.
• Draft filings, responses, and other pleadings for contested matters.
• Train and mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance to staff.
