Job summary

The State of Wisconsin invites applicants for the Business Office Supervisor role at the Winnebago Mental Health Institute near Oshkosh. You will supervise a shared services business office for WMHI and the Wisconsin Resource Center, overseeing accounting, budgeting, payables, receivables, and patient funds.

Expect to lead a compliant, JC- and NCCHC-accredited operation, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and to participate in state benefits and retirement programs. A 12-month probation applies.

Qualifications

• Experience performing accounting functions related to purchasing and budgeting.
• Experience creating and presenting financial or budget related documents.
• Experience leading teams or supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare WMHI/WRC financial statements and reports for department heads.
• Handle accounting functions for WMHI and WRC.
• Calculate costs and chargebacks for shared services.
• Manage WMHI's Canteen finances.
• Maintain policies and records.
