Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform affirmative civil litigation in courts across the Commonwealth.
• Pursue actions to enforce civil judgments and administrative orders.
• Enforce state liens and pursue Medicaid liens as assigned.
• Provide advice in plaintiffs’ litigation, property damage, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy.
• Some overnight travel is required.
