Job summary

Vestwell, a fintech powering retirement savings, is seeking a Relationship Manager for State Auto-IRA Programs. You will work with state clients to understand objectives and develop success plans enabling Vestwell to meet those goals.

You will lead partner relationships, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal, and help drive program launches and ongoing administration while ensuring value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing Retirement/Wealth Management or advisory roles.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage executive decision-makers and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with State partners as the primary point of contact for program administration.
• Conduct regular state client meetings and identify risks with mitigations to ensure delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
• Support program launches, updates, and ongoing administration under State Auto-IRA programs.
• Develop success plans to optimize client adoption, value, and satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients via email, calls, presentations, and in-person meetings.
• Build subject matter expertise on products and industry compliance to provide timely support.
• Assist Sales/Operations with RFP responses for new state opportunities.
