Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's degree in Surgical Technology and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Strong leadership skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Surgical Technology or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in an OR scrub role or as a clinical instructor.
• Current certification from a recognized surgical technology board.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical management of the OR STAT Program.
• Coordinate external visiting surgical technologist schools.
• Supervise the STAT Program Assistant and trainees.
• Ensure curriculum meets certification requirements.
