Job summary

Qualifications

• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists with nursing care and surgical services under supervision.
• Utilizes strict aseptic techniques in the OR.
• Monitors technique to maintain sterile field.
• Operates specialty equipment after training.

Skills

Ability to follow strict sterile technique

Ability to set up operating room with instruments

Knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques

Education
