Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, or implementation environments required.
• 1+ year in a Ryder warehouse operations or logistics role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute startup floor activities and verify workflows align with standard work and system processes.
• Provide real‑time floor support during go‑live and assist supervisors.
• Identify and document operational issues with location, frequency, and impact for resolution.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams with clear detail for action.
• Reinforce training and ensure adherence to standard work.
