• 3–5 years in retail operations with leadership

Responsibilities

• Merchandising & Inventory Management: oversee purchasing, appraisal decisions, stock levels, and presentation
• Store Operations Management: manage staff schedules, opening/closing, standard execution
• Financial & Performance Management: track sales, gross margin, inventory turnover, and KPIs
• People Management: recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; manage performance and conduct
• Customer Service & Risk Management: handle complaints, incidents, and escalations; make initial decisions on in-store issues
• Compliance & Security: theft prevention, cash handling, safety training
