• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort managing a pipeline independently.
• Ability to protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup advisors in New York.
• Identify founders whose companies fit current qualification criteria.
• Hold initial professional conversations to understand the company, stage, goals, and needs.
• Obtain permission before introductions or sharing contact information.
• Provide concise, accurate context so the internal team can prepare for each founder conversation.
• Maintain timely records of outreach, introductions, status, and follow-up.
• Represent the organization accurately without promising funding, customers, or business results.
