SportPharm is building a new in-house retail and non‑sterile compounding pharmacy in Plantation, FL. We seek a hands‑on operations leader who can design workflows, implement quality systems, and guide a growing team through regulatory readiness.

The successful candidate will oversee USP <795>/<800> compliance, develop master formulations and documentation, and collaborate with ownership and the Pharmacist‑in‑Charge to establish scalable processes for long‑term success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of non‑sterile compounding principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of USP <795> and USP <800> requirements.
• Experience supporting pharmacy regulatory compliance and inspections.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Launch and operationalize a new retail and non‑sterile compounding pharmacy.
• Develop and implement pharmacy workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Establish inventory management systems, purchasing programs, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with pharmacy software implementation and workflow optimization.
• Create and maintain policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement productivity improvements.
• Oversee non‑sterile compounding per USP <795> and support USP <800> compliance.
• Support regulatory inspections and quality assurance programs.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, and development.
