Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking a Business Unit Program Manager to lead startup of a new manufacturing facility and manage large-scale customer programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain to establish processes and readiness from day one.

This role requires strong project management, excellent customer communication, and the ability to drive product introductions from concept to production in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects or programs in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong PM, CRM, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, logistics, testing, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale customer programs from planning through production.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Support the launch of a new facility, including process development and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and logistics.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and milestones to ensure delivery.
• Drive new product introductions and lifecycle activities from concept through production.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify solutions and resolve issues.
