Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Startup Launch Program Manager to lead end-to-end launches of dark store facilities for Quick Commerce. You’ll own the critical path from construction handoff through first delivery, coordinating real estate, construction, operations, supply chain, and technology to bring new sites to life on time and at quality.

This is a high‑visibility role where your work directly translates to market expansion and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full launch lifecycle for new dark store sites from site readiness to go-live.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across construction, operations, supply chain and tech teams.
• Manage critical path milestones including permitting, vendor mobilization, equipment installation, and readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks that threaten launch timelines.
• Develop and refine launch playbooks and scalable processes.
• Execute against launch sequencing and market-entry plans defined by leadership.
• Report launch progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
