Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL used for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full launch lifecycle for new dark store sites.
• Coordinate across construction, operations, supply chain, and technology teams.
• Manage critical path milestones including permitting and equipment installation.
• Identify and mitigate risks that threaten launch timelines.
• Develop scalable launch playbooks and processes.
• Execute launch sequencing and market-entry plans.
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
