Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Startup Launch Program Manager to drive end-to-end launches of dark store facilities for Quick Commerce. You will own critical paths from readiness through go-live, coordinating across real estate, construction, operations, supply chain, and technology to bring new sites to life on time and at quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL experience.
• Experience using data to drive improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full launch lifecycle for new dark store sites from readiness to go-live.
• Coordinate across construction, operations, supply chain, and technology teams.
• Manage critical path milestones including permitting, vendor mobilization, and equipment installation.
• Identify and mitigate risks threatening timelines or readiness.
• Develop scalable launch playbooks and processes to accelerate cadence.
• Execute launch sequencing and market-entry plans defined by leadership.
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
