Entrepreneurs First (EF) in San Francisco seeks a high-ownership advisor to accelerate startup launches in a three-month program. You will guide pre-seed teams on product, sales, growth and fundraising while building a strong network of mentors and investors.

You will own outcomes, run events, and connect founders with top VCs. This role suits a founder, investor or product leader who loves driving early-stage success and shaping the fundraising journey.

Qualifications

• You are an investor, founder, product leader, with a strong understanding of what it takes to get a startup off the ground and raise a first round.
• You are known for your extreme sense of ownership.
• You have a high bias to action.
• You are naturally the one driving projects, initiatives, conversations.

Responsibilities

• Advise up to 10 pre-seed founding teams per batch on product, selling, GTM and fundraising.
• Take ownership of Launch progress and outcomes; drive the arc of each company.
• Connect EF teams with customers, mentors and advisors as they land in SF.
• Design and execute events and sessions to teach founders the basics of selling, growth and fundraising.
• Serve as main contact for advisors working with EF companies.
